I don't know all the details. They got one HEA car, and the other I guess they used a fake customer name or dealer name, and was able to basically get 2 HEA cars. Whatever they did, they weren't supposed to is all I know. Based on them all saying not to tell the BMW regional rep that was asking about how they had 2 G87's that weren't sold yet.

I know you are just stating what you were told or saw but that still doesnt make sense. They dont order the HEAs, BMW sends them. I dont even buy the story of a "regional rep" walking around and not knowing what is going on. It all sounds mighty 🐟 y.

I agree, dealerships have no idea what the HEA is until it's already assigned, they have no input. And some dealerships got more than 1 HEA, so it seems a CA is somewhat confused.

Or the CA is just saying things to sound more important or clever than they actually are.

Arrowhead BMW is a complete joke. NEVER shop with them. $23k markup on ZB M2, and require you to purchase LoJack for $800 and Tint and door handle PPF for $500.

Terrible, sleazy dealership.

Sadly, some buyer with a bottomless wallet and little patience will accommodate this dealership.

ADM is insulting enough, but to then pad it with literally useless garbage like LoJack for $800 is absolutely criminal. Just add it to the freaking ADM and leave the garbage off the car. Then I walk anyways.

This cat seems like a prime candidate for an anonymous gift from my pals at ...

This car seems like a perfect high-performance daily driver companion to 911s and up. If that segment catches on (especially now with low supply), ADMs will likely get worse before they get better.

This seems weird, Dennis Hanke is the internet sales manager there and he has made it clear that they don't charge over MSRP. I have had the complete opposite experience and am in the process of ordering my 2nd vehicle from them.

Well, as I also found out, there can definitely be a disconnect internally at a dealer.

Yeah, I think there might be a greedy CA. I wouldn't suggest anyone write off arrowhead bmw yet, try talking to Dennis.

If you do give them a chance, make sure not to interrupt their “productive work schedule”.

Yeah, I've never had any sort of response like that from Dennis, this kid just seems like a prick. I ask him the dumbest stuff sometimes with no trouble.

This seems like a different incident with a different CA, you seem to be collecting these.

Maybe find a good apple. There are bad apples at every dealership. If you want me to get you in contact with Dennis lmk.

It seems that you were on bad terms with arrowhead bmw due to your impatients with your m3 allocation, and then your contact info got handed to the biggest dingle of a CA when the M2 hea came in.... That's sort of how it goes if you don't build a relationship with a CA.

The biggest dingle is who gets any possible contact information of anyone that doesn't already have an established relationship with a CA.

The 2nd screenshot you posted seems to be the response you got after you tried to back out of your m3 deposit just because it took longer than you expected to get an allocation, but you willingly signed a commitment. Unfortunately that is something that CA would have needed the GM to be back in the country for.

I don't think the avg member of this group would have a similar experience as you, especially if they did their hw and found a quality CA.
