Thanks! Sadly, no, at least none worth mentioning.
I do have a TX 800 series linear chronograph watch, which I really like because it's super light. But, nowadays I rarely ever wear it. The Ball holds up really well, so I wear it nearly every day and I have yet to see a new scratch or dent on it. I am, however, looking for a nice, dressier watch though... there are two that I'm interested in, but neither show up online for sale as used.

i might be wrong but i would guess and say most people buy a rolie for the name. theres a lot of nicer watches out there for the price of a rolex that most people never heard of. On the other hand i know some people do like the looks of a rolex so it does come down to personal preference. I'm just never impressed when someone shows me their rolex.

Srsly? Here in Germany we buy a BMW to drive, not to show off a watch. Hard to believe this thread has been going for 7 years of dbaggery.

For all you watch collectors I found this site
Watchrecon.com They also have an android app. Basically it takes the listings from all the major watch sites, ie WUS, Timezone, etc etc, and puts it all in one place. Currently I have been wearing my Omega Seamaster as my daily but I also have a bunch of Lum-Tec's and a Rolex Datejust in my collection. |

If I ever own a Rolex, it will probably be a vintage DateJust. I do like the classic look with a little patina on the dial and hands. Something like this...
