My car has been stuck in "final assembly" for over 1 week is this normal? "I have the carbon buckets and hope it is not holding things up. The next step is "ready for transport" if it ever gets out of "final assembly".

Normal is hard to say, fairly small sample size thus far. Several of us, as you’ll see if you look back through our timelines, experienced stays in Quality Check and/or Final Assembly for longer than a week. Don’t fret, the wheels haven’t come off, they’re likely just tighten them. It’ll progress on to RFT within a week, more likely a day or two, then the real waiting begins.

I live in So Cal (Los Angeles) so hopefully the transport will be fast once it gets onto a ship. I was told it would be an end of July delivery but am not sure that is realistic. I already sold my G42 m240 to make room. Last edited by mzimand; 06-20-2023 at 11:11 AM.. Reason: spelling correction |

West Coast is definitely a shorter wait all things being equal. |

Finally saw some movement this week with mine,a week 25 build, now in quality check. Initial estimates for delivery were 90 days from allocation, which seems unlikely as that would be the end of July. Based on what I am reading in these threads, looks like 60 days from now is better estimate?

My transit time is likely less, I hope. You've got to worry about hurricane season in the Gulf!
