CA and genius both. For the first time in the whole process, it seems both the dealership and genius have access to the same information. My CA says there is a lot more information and control once the vehicles are in the US and under ownership of BMW NA, as compared to when they are chilling on the beach in Mexico.

My CA just texted me and said he sees the car as being ready to be dropped off at the dealership on Friday. He thinks Thanksgiving may delay it a few days and said we can schedule the pickup for Monday of next week. I will keep everyone updated as to when my status on MyGarage changes back to "In transit" again.

It's almost unbelievable that it's finally here and less than a week away, barring any other unexpected delays haha.

Well, good news fellas (and ladies), I have an estimate of arriving at the dealership tomorrow. Take everything with a grain of salt, but this is the first time I have had my anyone at my dealership tell me anything but a "hopefully it will be" response. Maybe 22nd is delivery to dealership date and not carrier pick up date?

Either way, seems to me they are preparing to have me take delivery tomorrow or Friday, depending on when it can get through PDI and prep.

That was the first bit of information I received from him without knowing it firsthand from this group. I hopefully he is correct because my window for pick up is this weekend.

Just called the Genius, they say I’m scheduled for pickup on the 23rd. That probably means the 24th, but I’ll stay hopeful for the 22nd! It’s a 2hr drive from the port to the dealer, so the wait won’t be too bad.

I too called Genius, they said schedule 11/24 for pick up but thats Thursday so we both (genius and myself) speculate Saturday as like best case scenario. If Saturday is the day, it still lends itself for early next week!

Guys, really promising news from the Genius.

The NJ VDC has started my MP Suspension work order and they have an estimated date to ship my M2 out on the 25th (Saturday).

I’m almost scared to believe it, but it sounds like everything after Sparrows Point has been humming along as well as can be expected. Even TG is not delaying things too much.🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
