While the BMW Z8 indeed came before, in 1997 as BMW Z07 Concept, the Alfa Romeo Kamal Concept is from 2003, and they might look similar, the Alfa Romeo is certainly no BMW rip-off. It is a traditional Alfa Romeo look that dates back the 1960s Alfa Romeo Giullieta. The Alfa Romeo 147 and 156 having been designed by Walter Da Silva, now at VAG, we replaced by two different design studios. The 159 (156 replacement) was designed by Giugiaro (now belonging to VAG) after the Brera Concept, and the Giulietta (147 replacement) with addition of the MiTo and the new 4C, without forgetting the 8C, by Alfa Romeo Centro Stile, following this Kamal Concept.
