How Many Of Us Actually Workout??
not just go to the gym and run, to stay "slim"...how many of us lift weights and have goals set for how much they can do...im guessing a lot of the college guys are gonna be the ones answering here, but the oldies are welcome too

I've been lifting weights for years.
I do it to stay in good shape not to become a blown out meat head who looks like his shirt is going to rip at any given moment. |

The primary purpose of "working out" for me is to relieve accumulated stress from work. The secondary reason is to "look good."

never said that needed to be your ultimate goal...you can be fit and still want to lift more than the average person and not as much as a bodybuilder...

Gym or the shrink. I choose the gym. Bench press away my daily frustrations. Been like that since HS and all through college. Been out 10 years, still at it.
Sex is for enjoyment!

I usually go to the gym at least twice a week and I'll spend at least 2.5 hours. I try to tell myself I'm training for the Air Force as a fighter pilot.
