Interesting that's for sure, would like to see it in real life and possibly a different color. I think the rear is better looking than the X6. Mercedes is slightly late but I think it will sell. Curious to see others thoughts..

Holy crap this thing is ugly. The x6 looks aggresive and mean. This thing looks like a bug. That rear quarter look make it look like a raised VW beetle.

I think all SUV coupes look fucking horrible.
What is the point of it ?!?! Handling of a truck and practicality of a car... I just don't understand. GLA / GLK and the M Class are fine, they fill the market perfectly. Same goes for bmw. THe x1 / x3 and x5 are great trucks. Why ruin it with the x4 and x6?? X6 I can tolerate. The X4, no way in hell. I just don't get it. |

I love the new X6. pictures don't do this car justice.
now the MB looks ok in the pictures, the rear looks too plain. but it does have the similar taillights as the new S-coupe which I loved when i saw in person.

I guess the "people with more money than taste" demographic was bigger than I thought now that Mercedes feels it necessary to build something equally as atrocious as the X6.

Mercedes need to get rid of their design team because they are just doing an atrocious job. I think the F16 is a step back from the E71 but this thing makes it look like an damn E-Type. Don't even get me started on that disgustingly outdated interior....when the C-Class is nicer to sit in than a car that will like base for almost twice as much, there is a massive problem. Smh Mercedes

Well since BMW beat the ever-loving fecal matter out of the X6 with the second generation, this looks better than the current one. But I still think the first X6 had a more endearing overall design than either of these. Too bad BMW wrecked it with forced design cues and arbitrary detailing to fit in with the new convoluted-Wonder-Bread corporate design language.
I don't think BMW makes a single attractive SUV anymore; they ruined all of them. Benz's other SUVs look great, but this GLE and the GLA look odd (and that GLA concept was so promising). At least there aren't fifty different lines and broken up elements slathered all over it. It looks like a Gundam chicken egg.
