Lessons to learn from this

- Use clips
- You can tell from his knees and body that he was not in any shape ready to squat that kind of weight with proper form
- Bar pad to squat that much weight... Shouldn't ones traps be developed enough at that point to be able to cushion that kind of weight?
- Why was there no spotters?

This is why people get hurt.

I mean, most people can't even unrack that weight.
Use clips (if those can't fit, use tape/bands), and ditch the pad.

If you go on YouTube, he has other videos of him 'squatting.' Not a single full rep of back squat was performed on any of his videos.

Thats what I figured... These are the same guys that load 315 on bench press bring it down an inch and then rack it and walk around like they are boss.

I'd love to see him do rest pause sets

I've never understood why anyone would even be stupid enough to lift with no clips let alone try and squat that kind of weight. He deserved to be embarrassed after that and hope he learned his lesson.
