What do you guys and gals listen to while working out. I find that the more intense the tunes the better the workout but I'm running out of music to listen to and hate listening to the same music. Below are some select tunes that are my go to. Let's hear what you guys have on your playlist.

I'll usually pick a station I like on pandora and see what happens. It's a good way to find new songs. I hate listening to the same music as well

I do this while doing my weight resistance but when I get to my cardio, I find myself flipping through stations due to slower music being played and I want something fast paced; that's when I usually go to youtube so I can specify what I hear versus being at the mercy of a random playlist.

Agree w/ Reed either just a pandora station or I'll listen to an entire album. That said If I listen to albums on repeat it usually doesn't bother me.

ah I know what you're talking about. Trap has such a huge genre so you have to find the right artist or DJ to listen to.

I don't pay much attention when lifting.

If I go on a run, since i'm generally on road shoulders, I can't plug my ears, so have to sing. I'm going more for a metered pace than anything else. Big hits for that include:

For real. Just enough mental activity to keep the lungs/heart pumping, the eyes open to obstacles in the roadway, and the feet just keep lifting and falling. With the conscious mind sufficiently subdued, I can continue what is a true folly for a fat old man

Lately it’s been a lot of Wage War and Kublai Khan . I lift in my makeshift “powerlifting” gym that doubles as my cars winter home. Gotta have something that sounds satanic or else the neighbors going on their walks ask to work in. Also Katy perry , extremely effective at hitting new P.R.s
