No one should be surprised at this. Not from Phelps or any olympian for that matter.
It's a known fact that the Olympic Village were all the athletes stay is one of the biggest orgies on earth. They go through thousands of condoms in the short the athletes are there. If you had a camera there it would be like the ultimate porno. Plus, like said above. 8 gold medals, why wouldn't he touch fine ass at the Playboy Club?
