Lowering Springs?
Anyone know if a brand is working on anything for these cars yet? I'm just trying to get everything ready for when I decide to mod the car.

Subscribed. Don’t know why m340 springs wouldn’t work? Not like the 2 is lighter anymore 🤣

I know h&r are. I spoke to them a few weeks ago and they weren't too far out. Keep an eye on their social sites. Should be released in a few weeks

I tried 330 lowering springs. They’re fit, ride more firm, and I like it more then m sport suspension. But no lowering, at all. Maybe just 3-4mm for 230. For m240 may be better.

New springs from Daehler. I think these are the first lowering springs to offically come out for the G42... You're welcome |

I don't think I'd lower my car anyway, as a daily driver in the Northeast, it would be murder on the front lip. I'm not so concerned with fender/tire gap either. But if you have smooth roads and nice driveway apron transitions, looks like a quality solution.

It’s a concern that one model fits all despite the different engine weights on the front end. I know Eibach has been R&Ding springs on the AC Schnitzer car from last year and are not releasing yet.
MSS and KW have not yet released HAS kits yet but MSS will develop a set given their close association with Imran at Evolve Thinking it would be better to wait and spoilt for choice |

I ordered the Dahler last week. I was hoping to see more nose than tail drop but 1” front and rear will be good. Not sure if fixing 330 springs would be a good idea. Rebound and balance on the 2er is different.
I’m not sure shipping time from dahler but I will keep y’all posted. Got some spacers coming from Dinan and the intake as well |

Dähler is well known in Switzerland as you can tune your car and conserve warranty
In addition, Motec (and Eibach) will release something soon as they are testing a spring kit on their car!

Personally wouldn’t fuck around with springs since all these cars come standard with electronically controlled adaptive suspensions. You might as well buy a proper set of coilovers.

Update:
Eibach are about to release springs after finalising testing and will be certified four our cars The drop on Eibach is -15mm rear and -21mm front according to info I have MSS height adjustable springs are now testing and they are the same kit as all 3 series so these will be the same as on the G80 M3 with an adjustment of up to -30mm below stock. You could not go wrong with either setup, MSS use Eibach to manufacture springs to their design specifications and both are specialists in spring design. No word on KW at this time |
