Sure does! Doesn't come with the credit-card type key that the m4 has, though.

Current recall on it. Centers are being instructed by NA to destroy the cards and make it inactive prior to delivery. It will also not work via the app digital key.

At least we have got some solid company on the recall... Only 2 series and 8 series effected it looks like.

I went to set it up but I don’t have the wireless charger so there didn’t seem a way to complete the process. Let me know if anyone figures out how to do it.

Please do update us if anyone figures this out. If wireless charging is required I will have to option it, but my CA let me know it isn't.

I will be setting up and delivering our HEA tomorrow. I can report on how the digital key worked out.

I hope they sort out the digital credit card key. I have it on the G42 and it's really handy when I accidentally walk all the way to the garage only to release I accidentally picked up the wifes X6 key instead my G42 key.

Same experience I believe - no option to enable it in iDrive, and attempting to enable via the app results in the following message; which doesn't track because I'm on the latest Android revision

I’m guessing no, at least not without the wireless charger. I’ve read on elsewhere on the forums that other BMW’s have Digital Key without the charger, but I’m not getting anywhere. And the window/door menu under iDrive doesn’t have the Digital Key option listed.

No wireless charger for HEA but it came with a digital key. Also, I wasn't able to deliver it. That will happen next week. I'll update then.

My client has digital key working on his M2. The phone, watch, and credit card key all work. No wireless charger.

I get promoted to place my phone at the reader. Where is that located?
I place the phone in the area of the picture displayed but nothing happens (it says connecting but nothing is showing an actual connection).
