I did not see another thread on this. I am definitely an outlier in this car's demographic. I will be 75 at the end of June and when I receive it. My sense is the average age here is somewhere in the 30s, but interested in feedback.

Update: Tallying those that gave hard numbers in the first 74 posts, there were 51 entries for a total of 2,284 years, yielding a mean age of 44.8 years. That's higher than I guessed, but not to surprising given that it's a fairly expensive car. Youngest was 26 and oldest 75. Whatever your age, I hope it makes you feel young! corrected

I'm probably on the other end of the spectrum, at 25. My assumption would be that the average buyer is in the 50's, but the average buyer who is a forum member is probably closer to late 30's.

I don't think the average buyer is in their 30s as the car costs $60K to $80K. Even though people seem to make more money, I still don't think a lot of 30 year-olds are in the financial situation to buy a car like this. It makes sense that the average buyer is in their late 40s plus, we're not talking about Corola's here, the average forum member though, that is certainly different as you can pick up a used BMW cheap and there are a lot of enthusiasts who aren't owners yet.
