I know a lot of you will be switching out the wheels and/or tires but curious for those staying stock, did any get the Tire & Wheel coverage from your Center?

I have never done it in the past but with this setup on the mean streets of Brooklyn and how much I’ve paid out of pocket on my two most recent vehicles with 20s & 22s on Summer rubber I’m thinking I may change course. The coverage seems good, including cosmetics for no deductible.

Seeking positive reinforcement or just normal Bimmerpost feedback on what an idiot I am.

Mine is a “complete package” that covers cosmetic damages (fixing dents and rock chips), key replacement if lost, headlights/taillights, seat rips/stains etc.
Covers up to $10k in damages. YMMV, like I said, could be worth it or not, gives a little bit of peace of mind but it’s something you pay upfront where you could save to pay later (and risk paying more than $3k if needed). Not for everyone.

Does it include the Wheels & Tires or is limited to what you mentioned?

Discount Tire has insurance they sell which is far cheaper. Just get that instead, but for tires only.

I passed on it, I've never used it when I had it. Ultimately I prefer to self insure when I can afford to eat the cost myself. Especially with having the Macan for the northeast winter.

My plan is to swap the rims out with some forged m3 rims (826M) if I ever somehow wrecked multiple rims at once.

A ton, but between 3 cars and 2 bikes. This will be most likely be my 100% though between April-October/November. I can’t stay out of it. Poor bikes.
