Hey All, I picked up my m2 on Friday and it's been a fun weekend of driving and figuring out. The goals with the car will be going hopefully low 9s. after break in ecu is going out and parts are already on the way.

So far I did wheel studs and was test fitting skinny wheels and the radials from my x3m to see how a 28in tall tire fits and what I plan with the suspension height.

First m2 on skinny?

How deep are you going to go on weight reduction? Are you going to do any body panel replacements, for example?

What's currently out is way over priced but I did reach out to schirmer about carbon doors... ideally I would do carbon front doors and trunk but time will tell...not spending 5k each on hood trunk and fenders....cf doors are 5500 and actually lose substantial weight as our doors are NOT aluminum.

Rota grid = Wheels?

Rote makes the wheels. Grid is the style. MT is for Mickey Thompson tires.
