Well, it's been a year with no (almost) squeak/rattle issues but all good things come to an end. The display started to rattle on "rougher" roads pretty aggressively at the left corner near the driver's side vent. Anyone else experiences the issue?

Coconut Had this exact issue, I think. His resolution was to wedge some padding between the screen and where it meets the vent. Sounded like it was a pretty quick and discreet fix. At least it's pretty easy to try out if you have material on hand.

Yup, that's what I'm planning to do. Just haven't gotten around it yet.

I had the same rattle. When the dealer was installing the carbon trim, the screen had to come off. The rattle was identified at a contact point of a metal box behind the screen (in the dash) and at the mounting points for the screen. Felt tape at these points resolved. I'll try to get a a couple photos...
