Stock Exhaust for G42 2024 M240i?

What do folks do with their factory exhaust systems when they upgrade to an after-market system?

Depends for me personally if I get something aggressive I'll keep the oem if I ever sell it usually offer it if the buyer feels the car is to loud. On my 240 I did the mpe and dumpstered the stock. It's technically an oem option and it's pretty mild with the stock dp.
