wanted to go a different route with my m2 build and do a bunch of carbon. So many gloss black abs parts now available i was thinking to try something else

so first item on the list is some black mirror caps. direct replacement and took me 20 mins to install both sides. fitment is perfect and price is not. paid 140 shipped to me

that being said i’m not 100% on the look. i love the way they looks as my previous M’s had stock black mirror caps but comparing with my body color mirrors i kind of like both options.

maybe it’s the alpine white which makes them stand out more

what do you guys think

I prefer the body-color mirrors. If you had a black top (a-pillars & above the windows), I'd go with black.

Agree, I think the white looks better. At least you didn’t go ZB on a TR like someone else did. That was strange and don’t think they ever replied to all the questions asking why…

i see what your saying. good news it doesn’t look bad just body colored is slightly better.

funny cause when you go carbon fiber you can’t go wrong but didn’t want to go down that road with the build

I’m copying the 718 T with anthracite mirrors and anthracite wheels.

While getting my full ppf I plan on wrapping my mirrors and roof with XPEL Ultimate Plus Black. If I don't like it I can just remove and wrap stealth.

I like the white better. I can see all the lines. But at the end, do what you like the most. Enjoy!
