OD of factory turbo inlet input on B58
I am in need of a coupler for an MST intake to connect it to the turbo inlet but I have only the OD of the intake pipe and not the factory turbo inlet. Does anyone know this or have a stock turbo inlet handy that they can measure?
Thanks Last edited by MPR; 10-20-2024 at 07:51 PM.. |

So your aftermarket inlet is still on the car?
Are you looking for the diameter of where the intake maf tube connects to the factory turbo inlet ? Or the final diameter of the turbo inlet closest to the motor? (that has that special connector) Couldn't you measure your factory airbox tube that runs to the stock inlet ? |

I am looking for the OD of the airbox side of the factory turbo inlet. I could measure it but was hoping to avoid taking it apart again. I am pretty sure the coupler i need is 3” in length with a 4” ID. |

My goal is to buy a coupler so I can reconnect my MST intake without the MST turbo inlet. When you buy the MST with the inlet, you get no coupler since the intake pipe goes into the silicone MST turbo inlet. Last edited by MPR; 10-20-2024 at 08:19 PM.. |
