Hey everyone,

Does anyone has similar issue with “My Trips” functions in the App? All the geo-location and remote works so I don’t think it’s connection issue between the car and the server. But this issue has been here since end of Nov, if it’s really an issue in the app it’s kinda wild that it stayed broken for this long time. Pic for reference:

I thought I was the only one. It's literally been driving me crazy, so much so that I did a hard reset on my idrive only to realize it did not solve the issue.

lol me too, I went all the way to privacy settings in iDrive and turned on all the available services, and it does not work at all. But knowing some of us have this problem made me feel a bit better lol.

Same. The last trip logged was early the week of Thanksgiving.

picked up my car 2-3 weeks ago and it has never worked, I just accepted the privacy settings yesterday but it didnt update

My Trips is working in my car. Ran an errand last night and the trip shows up.

Same. Updated the privacy settings the other day to see My Trips, and nothing.

My last trip shows 11/23. It worked fine from the time I took delivery on Sep 24 until this date. 2025 with iDrive 8.5.

I have a feeling the app probably has to be removed and reinstalled.

I thought the same and I did a reinstall (also logging out prior to uninstall and unloaded the data in the app) and now the app just shows “we are having trouble loading this content. please try to reload the page” under My Trips section.

Same issue with my M2. Tried all the trouble shooting, nothing works. Happened around 11/25/2024. I have an oil service on Wednesday and it is on my list.

That sounds frustrating! If geo-location and remote functions are working fine, it might be an app-specific bug. Have you tried reinstalling the app or contacting support for an update? Hopefully, they can get it fixed soon.
