Home Remedies

Would like to get a list going for ways you manage seasonal allergies or flu symptoms in order to not only stay productive but also stay hitting consistent with your gym routines.

Each year I tend to get a runny nose which I have managed this year with supplements, but I've still managed to develop a cough that occurs only when the weather goes from 70's to 30's in 24 hours.

When I workout with this type of slight cough, it always gets much worse due to the intense breathing I do while running and lifting heavy weights.

Anyone have a remedy or solution for this?
