Need to be polished out, I'd ask a detailer to do it unless you fancy buying a DA and polish and learning on your nice car.

Hard to tell because of the color, but those don’t look too deep into the clear coat. You should be able to get those out with some hand polish or rubbing compound if you don’t have a random orbital/DA polisher.

a good detailer can get a lot of stuff out, search for @well somone scratched up my car@ thread and the result... mine was 1000 times worse damage than yours

If I may dare to mention a product so commonplace on this forum -- I've never been let down on things like this by plain 'ol Maguire's Cleaner Wax in the maroon bottle. It has some extremely fine polish in it. So fine it will never damage your paint while capable in a few applications of polishing out minor damage. As a wax it isn't particularly durable, so when you're done so you can put something else over it if you don't garage your car.
