i hate my dealership and i hate the fucking bodyshop they sent me to. and i hate the fuckin "president" running that place!
they are the most retarded assholes!!!

theyve "forgotten" about me numerous times. my car was supposed to be ready by this past friday but nooooooooooooooo fucking bmw is moving their service department! so MONDAY MAY 11TH!!!...IIIIII had to call THEM to find out wtf is going on with my car!... stupid secretary or w.e tells me theyre waiting on a part and that ill prob pick up the car LATE TODAY or TOMORROW!...

wait a minute...ORDER THE DAMN PARTS BEFORE I COME IN LIKE YOU SAID YOU DID!!!

she said LATE TODAY...YEA BULLSHIT!!!...and she said shell CALL ME...YEA RIGHT!!!...NEVER HAVE THEY CALLED ME ABOUT ANYTHING!!!!!!! IVE HAD TO CALL THEM 200000000000 TIMES TO HAVE THEM DO THEIR FUCKIN JOB!!!

FUCK! i am FURIOUS right now... if i dont get my car TOMORROW, im gonna head to that shop and raise hell

ive tried to be patient but FORGET IT! i dont even know wtf kind of PART theyre waiting on... i shouldve fuckin asked!!!

I NEED MY FUCKING CAR!... i cant keep borrowing my moms or my sisters car! this is fucking ridiculous!!!

My car was in the shop for 14 weeks back when the fuel pump issue first rose to occasion...u have no idea what i went through...but it'll be done when it's done...so relax, stress only gives u grey hair

Yes, they made me wait more than 2 months for my car when it was in to replace punctured gas tank. I raised hell on BMWNA and they did rush delievery the gas tank from germany and I got my car back 1 months prior to their set date.

im glad you went after them and got it done "early"

its just sooo stupid because i needed a new fender, headlight and front bumper needed to be painted. i was there last wednesday and everything was getting painted. i didnt see if there was a new headlight or not, so maybe thats what theyre waiting for...anyway, if they paid attention and kept track with their customers, this wouldnt be an issue and theyd be done. i understand people get busy but weeks ago the guy seemed super confident about what needed to be done and how it would be done (when to order parts, when to get me in, when theyre done)...hopefully tomorrow will be the day


oh and btw this issue goes back to march when i got into a stupid hit and run...

my bmw dealership doesnt give out loaners for free for body shop stuff. id have to rent one from them or some other place like enterprise. figured id just use my moms or my sisters car to head out whenever i need to since im pretty much done with school. i didnt think it was gonna be such a problem, but its funny how when you DONT have a car, you realize how much you NEED one lol

No dealership will give you a service loaner for a insurance/body shop claim.

If it's insurance, call them up and tell them you need a car....
