Suggestions for suction camera mount
I need an inexpensive suction cup mount for a small Lumix HD cam. I'd primarily use it inside the car for canyon runs and track driving. There's a lot out there. Any recommendations?

I don't think there's anything than can be done about vibrations with type of mount. I considered a custom fab headrest mount, but the camera angles are limited and I doubt vibration is any better. As far a knockoff's; it seems it was limited to a specific seller. I'd get it through amazon directly for about $21 shipped.

Gripper 3025
http://www.filmtools.com/gripper-302...era-mount.html It maybe a bit bigger than what you're looking for, but it's big and rock solid and you can be sure it won't come undone like a inexpensive one. I actually used it to mount a 7D DSLR outside the car at high speeds (which also happens to be a 335is ). fun fact: the last video on their site is my video on a 335is... I have no affiliation with them, guess they found the video since I included the gripper name in the video. |
