Watch this guy try to be Superman and cross a local flood

The other day in my area, there was some local flooding on the highway. This guy, thought he could make it over. See what happened. It is kinda hilarious.

In Arizona, there's a law called the "stupid motorist law". It has to do with trying to drive through flooded areas.

Haha, I don't know what he was thinking. I mean no one else was going through the flood so i dont know how he would think that his dodge caravan would take him through. I like how at the end he just drives away slowly on the wrong side of the highway.

You can pretty clearly see the barrier in the middle almost completely submerged. Did he think he would be able to drive through that with water literally halfway up his windshield? I'm baffled by his stupidity.

Yeah me too! I think he/she may have done this for insurance money. I could have been an attempt for an insurance fraud or something.

Dollars to donuts this moron didn't realize the extent of his stupidity until his feet probably started getting wet.
