Quick Photoshop help

I don't have Photoshop here at work, but I was wondering if anyone can help me out by making this image black and white, but leave the orange and maybe making it brighter. Any help would be appreciated

does anyone have suggestions as to where i can get this picture printed, cut, and mounted on a foam board?
