Paypal HELP!!

The roundels (trunk and hood) on my car need to be replaced, so I made a paypal account and figured I\'d snag a pair off of eBay. Prior to this, I was successful at ordering a high-beam lens for my e34, the transaction went fine on paypal/eBay. I tried to order the roundels a couple hours later and I get this message:

\"Paypal cannot complete your task right now. Please finish this on you computer and login to paypal.com for more info\"

I have tried to do it on computer rather than iPhone. No luck. How can I buy things on eBay from my iPhone without getting the error message. Thanks
