Thanks everyone for information. One more question, can I get a car loan even I'm not a US citizen. I can provide documentation of my bank status here in Croatia or any other possible documentation.

I think you might have a hard time doing that without a credit history in the US. Banks also don't loan money for an asset they will not be able to track down. If you put that thing on a boat to Croatia with a $65k loan outstanding and decide not to pay another penny, they'll never be able to track it down for repossession.

If there was a way to get the loan in Croatia and then take the money and just pay cash in the US that would be your best bet.

I understand but I don't feel very comfortable walking around with 60,000$ in cash and I think there is a restriction on how much cash you can carry. Only if I could somehow transfer money in some US bank and pick up money when I get in Miami, only problem is I can't open account if I'm not US citizen or have job visa. |

I would get an idea of where you plan to purchase the car from. Most dealerships offer a temporary registration and insurance for 30 days until you get your own on the car. Not sure if that will suffice since you will not have a US address but there has to be some sort of way of doing it. Just search and call around I'm sure someone will be glad to help.
