I tried a few new products

First... I have used nano vapor before and it was amazing for me.

I also use XS energy and Nutrilite for a combined focused workout, does anyone else use these or have experienced them? I have been given an opportunity to give them a try to so I do so and they seem to work...

Spam bots lol.

I use N.O. Xplode from time to time. I know you're supposed to use it regularly to gain the real benefits, but I really only use it when I am either tired or lacking motivation. It gives me a nice boost and pick-me-up to workout harder.

I am very skeptical/paranoid about supplements. When I came back from my first deployment I went into the hospital with a kidney stone. I was hitting it very hard on the supplements during the deployment. I think it may have been a combo of the heat/dehydration/supplements that did it. I was deployed again, didn't take any supps except my multivitamins, and haven't had any issues in over a year since redeployment. Could have just been a coincidence, but who knows.
