Can you call a vehicle that has Nitrous on it n/a? Example, a person I know with an E46M3, has 4.10 gearing and nitrous hooked up. The owner ran a 13.2 1/4 mile he says only with the 4.10 gearing and no nitrous. He get's walked by a lightly modded E92 M3 on at least a 50 shot to 100mph but only the last half of second gear and all of third. He claims he didn't spray at all.

Yesterday he went to the track and supposedly ran a 12.4 on a 90 shot with slicks. He has yet to post a time slip and yes I asked for it.

He is claiming his car is a high 12 second car n/a. That would mean IMO no nitrous right? Or am I off the rocker on considering a power adder like nitrous not naturally aspirated?

Should I call him out more? I almost feel like being the asshole to call him on it.
