The OP of the incest story didn't say if it was his full blood sister or half sister or even step sister. I think technically you can boff your step sister as much as you want. If they are genetically related, I would suspect that is a strange family. Possibly abuse. If they are not genetically related, I could definetly see that hapening.

I am an only child, but I have never seen brothers and sisters get along well enough in their teens to even be on the same piece of furniture together, never mind being civil or affectionate to one another.

But it's for the survial of the species at one point that "old enough to bleed, old enough to breed" Heck, when my mom had her 4th kid at 40, it was nearly miraculous, and that was in 1978. Now, it's not even unusual to START having kids at nearly that age, and it be perfectly healthy child due to the levels of medical care available. Go back 1 or 2 generations and a woman was a spinster at 21.

Also,as far as DNA goes, we shares about 98.9% of same genetic makeup as any other human on the planet so having sex with anyone is fairly similar to having sex with an immediate family member.
