Make certain you turn off DSC if you are going to run a Built Mustang GT...
Ask me how I know?
Go Ahead, Ask.... I'll Wait..... OK anyway, from about a 15 MPH roll lined up next to a Newer Mustang GT, making a lot of noise including some gear noise... From the drop I jumped him by about a 1/2 a car and was pulling away Shifting from 1st-2nd with DTC on, The rear broke loose enough to tease DSC into action and killed the power... I mean killed it, just flatter than hell. The mustang at that point was on my front bumper and was slowly pulling ahead a little in third, by that time speeds had gotten a little silly and I hit the brakes, gave him a double tap of the headlights and turned off at my exit. Still good fun. All the hypocrites, Grand mothers, and Busy bodies can Don't need the mind numbing Safety lecture. You don't know where it took place, (Empty Stretch of Interstate) so don't judge like you've never hit the throttle before. If you haven't ever hit the throttle before??? Then you need to get a life and sell the BMW as it's being wasted on you.

The only way I know it wasn't stock was noise. First he had a seriously loud exhaust, but it was crisp and sharp, and he had something else going on under the hood, I'll say it was a blower but I cannot swear to it. BUT there was definitely something going on under the hood.

Revils =- are you proceded?
I turn dsc off and dtc on all the time. It's more fun in the acceleraltion lane when getting on the highway. Nothing like people getting over to let you merge and they never even pass you. |
