This is a bit of a long shot, but I reckon worth a try!

I'm looking to rent a condo on Longboat Key in Florida in April. After much searching I seem to have found a nice place. However its owned by an individual so I'm wondering how I can reassure myself that all is as it should be and that I will get what I pay for blah blah...

Please not that I have no reason to think otherwise, other than knowing that the internet is a wonderful place for scammers....

So, I wondered if anyone is familiar with Premier Pacific Properties who operate in the "North County San Diego area"....

If you are I'd appreciate an email/PM
