This actually made me laugh more than the car... If it's in "Public Eye", you do not need permission. It's called "Photographers Right". Of course there are some general guidelines and rules to follow but if it's in a parking lot, you can take pictures.

For a replica that badly proportioned I would have skipped the lambo badges and stopped pretending. If they had just called it their own creation having been 'inspired' by the Aventador it would be a really cool GTO. Instead, its a repulsive and stupid replica.

Because it was a real Aventador. This was discussed on another forum and the pictures the guy took were real Lambos and used them as what he said the replica will look like.
