Pizza, beer and burritos don't appeal to you, maybe you should see a doctor.

Maybe you should see a doctor with a diet like that.

Doing fine thanks, lift every day of the week usually. 340 bench at age 42 seems decent to me.

Dropping the beer alone will cause a drastic change, even if you didn't do anything else differently.

Lean meats are mostly fine, depending on the source, the animal's diet, and the lack of processing. Going free range with my meats instead of the cheap processed stuff has done wonders for me. I feel a lot better too.

Of course it made a huge difference that I stopped drinking beer and eating out! I would have had a much healthier lifestyle by making those two changes alone, no doubt. But I wanted to go even farther and improve my health to the extreme, by getting most of my calories from unrefined plant based foods.

The risk of many cancer's, and heart disease can be drastically reduced from an unrefined plant based diet.

I've tried all sorts of 'healthy eating' diets - about 3 months ago found a diet that suits me - I look and feel so well (better than I have done in years!!!) - its all about the food we eat. This diet goes through all the 'bad' food and the 'bad' toxins - I suppose its not really a diet as I can eat almost anything!!!! x
