CARB orders BMS to cease and desist

BMS (Burger Tuning) to cease and desist the sale of BMW Aftermarket Performance Parts.

I hope BMS can get a resolution to this issue.

They are holding all California closed for competition part shipments as a precaution while they review all the disclaimers and marketing. None of the parts sold are marketed or intended to be used as on-road.
