One of the better dog tag tattoo's I've seen.

The artist I chose for this piece specifically does animal tatts. The pics don't really do it justice. The detail on it in person is astonishing.

Nice quality and detail.

I wanted something tribal style and actually drew mine to match the shoulder ink I already had above it.

I have a ring of ocean waves on my forearm (I don't have a pic handy) and that's it. I work for a major healthcare company at their corporate campus and it doesn't affect anything. For my own reasons of wanting to look my best I wear long sleeves all the time to cover it, but there is no rule against tattoos, so for me it hasn't affected me much. I make very good money and I have the freedom to get more if I want. However, as others have said, it does depend on what you do. Somebody mentioned law enforcement, and I believe another one is UPS, their drivers cannot have any ink of any kind showing.

yes, in a month or so, I will be going back to talk to my guy about filling in the gaps with roses...

this guys roses are beautiful - very detailed because he uses white bring out the pedals...

I've never taken a dedicated picture of my buddy's roses on his sleeve, but here is a crop of a picture to show you how he uses the white to make the pedals pop...

gonna fill the gaps in my tags with this and then wrap them around the back of my forearm.....
