This is how the Polizei in Munich rolls...

And this is what you will see when an unmarked Autobahn Polizei stops you. You literally can not tell a civilian Polizei car from a marked unit. Really the only tel-tell is that the Autobahn Polizei always drive with two officers in the car. So if you see two ppl - its a good bet they are cops.

This and the cop cars have mostly an additional antenna (really noticeable if they drive a BMW and have a shark fin AND another antenna)
