Looked reasonable to me. the LP640 clearly had problems by the end. The Turbo and GT3 would have been my favorites to win out of that bunch anyway. I would even say with the proper driver the GT3 would have overtaken the turbo.

Well, the official Ring time for the NSX-R is a little more than 8minutes if i remember correctly. There is also a video of a driver making it around in less than 8 minutes. The NSX-R was no slouch on the track. Its very possible that it was just better around a track than some of the other cars (even those with more horsepower), especially if the videos are a couple of years old.
