Paul Walker died exactly a year ago
Just a reminder that the world lost a true car enthusiast and in general a great human being in the infamous car accident on November, 30 2013.

Paul walker actually wasn't a car guy until later in life. when he started to make more money, and started playing in car movies. thats one thing a lot of people don't know.
still though its sad to see him go. |

I honestly don't see why this guy is such a big deal. I mean, I never would wish him to die, of course. But I don't see where he's this major contribution to pop culture that his passing warrants such remembrance. Maybe it's because I stopped watching F&F after number 2?
Just don't get it. |

A lot of car peeps grew up with this series of movies, so it hits a little closer than usual for many. It is a defining moment that marks the end of a chapter. Also just the general fact that outside the movies he was a young guy who looked like he was high on life and just havin a good time. When you see a life like that end suddenly it's sad. I hope they send him off well in the next movie. One chance to get that right. |

Having said that, #2 and 3 absolutely sucked, but the ones after that I quite enjoyed. Sure they were completely ridiculous, but it was still entertaining.
