335i vs. e39 m5
One last post before I go up to Washington for the remainder of the week... Just raced around with a black e39 m5 with upgraded exhaust and rear bumper for about 10 miles on 680 (he started it!).
For comparison, i raced one about 5 months ago when i got my car. In stock form i hung with that E39 m5 from about 80 to 120 mph then he would pull away slowly... stopped by Shiv's house for my 1.47 the next day Now I am running JUST v2.02 PROcede. TONIGHT's RACE w/ v2.02: Poor guy, on the most telling run, we both stepped on it at the same time starting around 85mph i was in 3rd gear, and by 140mph i was about 8-10 car lengths ahead of him... i am the V2.02 map at 93% tq setting on 91 (I might dial back to 92% after i datalog a bit more). One time he tried the old running start trick and floored it while he was behind me, i stepped on it when he was at my rear bumper and we were going the same speed by the time he was half a car ahead of me, i shifted from 3rd to 4th... by the end of 4th i was about 2-3 cars ahead, i hit 5th and he gave up about 2 seconds later as i was breaking 140mph Well, we all love to read, enjoy, and/or flame these but I won't be around to find out Have a good one~

But dont expect him to admit it, the two drivers I smoked in their dinosaur E39M5's still will not admit I kicked their asses with my 335i with Turbo Tuner - even though it is plain to see on video - "Tyres, Clutch.... Yawn Yawn".
Another nice kill bro. Will |

Nice kill but this is the expected result given the trap speeds of the E39 M5 and a Procede 335i at the 1/4 track.
