My dealer is owned by a company that has a number of brands, Audi, VW, Chev...the courtesy vehicle is a chevy traverse SUV...the operating costs of a chevy are way lower than a BMW, just a simple question of how you spend company money I'm guessing.

I traded my wife's (ugly ass) Chevy Astrovan in to the BMW dealer when we got her e90. About a year later, I don't need a loaner so I'll just get a ride. . . in the freaking Astro!!!!!! Driver was so happy to meet me because I told him how to change the radio from AM to FM.

BMW of San Diego used to give everybody corolla loaner cars with "BMW OF SAN DIEGO" decals on the window, dunno if they still do or not
always thought that was terrible advertising, both for the level of customer care and a testament to quality |
