The sound echoing through the trees after the cars pass out of sight might be my favorite part. Reminds me of when F1 ran at Watkins Glen.

Watch it get a bit squarely in the wet, the 911 did not at all. It needs AWD!

Having the engine over the rear wheels sure makes a difference.

The 911 is RWD. The reason the Porsche 911 is so planted in the wet is because its a Porsche 911.

That porsche is amazing! That bmw probably weighs as much as the moon. What's the point? Racing a bentley? Next they'll be making an X6M GT3.

TRUE. I was thinking about it on the road yesterday. All supercars have engines behind the driver. I need a Cayman - at least it shares that. No more front engine cars for me.

To be honest, it doesn't sound that good. Porsche sounded better, and that's not saying much. Porsche is probably the worst sounding car on the grid, doesn't come close to the 458s, Vettes, Vipers, Astons, Z4.. Etc.

The Z4 was one of my favorites on the track.

Even more so to finally have M xDrive in the race cars! If you are slip sliding and spinning you are not winning, period.

Does that come before or after the regulations for GT3 cars are being changed to allow for anything else than rear wheel drive?

edit: And yes, the GT-R NISMO GT3 is rear wheel drive too.

Skip to 1:30 and watch the rest of it. Idk how you could possibly say this gurgling muffled sound from the m6 is better than the P65. I've probably watched this exact video over 15 times, and I get shivers every time from the gunshots on the downshifts.
