Traded in 335is for 991 Carrera S

Nice. I wanted to buy a daily beater cash, so I wasn't looking that new expensive. I drove a 996, which I was basically sure I would be buying, and walked away very unsatisfied. I'm sure a newer one would have been a very different experience, as they cured a number of the complaints I have with the 996. Also considered a Cayman or C6 Vette but the wife convinced me I needed a back seat.

Very nicely done sir, the only thing I would consider changing is the wheels, i honestly feel 20's look too big on this vehicle but I nit pik.

Thank you! I drove a 997 turbo before, but it was a 997.1 with the tiptronic. I personally think a 997.2 with PDK is a must. I like how the 991 is smoother and has a more modern interior, but I would definately argue the 997 stays more true to the classic Porsche look. I would avoid a 996 unless you're just trying to save some money. I don't think they've aged very well, IMO.

Hey you're entitled to your opinion, but no way Jose

Im just stoked the car came with the Sport Technic wheels, I don't like the other designs nearly as much. Wheels with a ton of spokes are also a PITA to clean.

Nothing can quite match the 911. The essence and car feel is just simply impossible to explain. I still have dreams of selling everything I own and buying an Air Cooled lol
