Anyone familiar with image manipulation or printing toolsets???
I'm looking for open source software that would allow me to programmatically have 2 individual JPG files printed on 1 job.
e.g. Image #1 is front of drivers license Image #2 is back of drivers license How can I have both files sent to a duplex printer in 1 job? The end result would be; 1 sheet of paper with 1 image on front and 1 mage on the back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers |

I always thought there was an option on the printer itself to do this, and I only think some printers are capable of it.
Or if you want the easy way, just take the paper and put it back into the printer upside down. -Nathan

For the duplex printer in my office all I needed to do was to install the correct driver. Then when I click print in any program and select printer properties, I can select duplex or other options specific to that printer.
I hope this helps. |

Yes, its called full duplex printing. Which my printer does, but the problem is that i have 2 individual files or images. If i had 1 file that contained both images it would be pretty easy. The challenge here is sending 2 files in 1 print job.
