Unfortunately it happened. It was a confusing time. One day she is suggesting car colors and options, and the next day it was a "no". My wife is sensitive. She is awesome, and i love her sensitiveness - but it can sometimes be a negative. Good thing, our overall relationship is 100 times more important than this. She did say that I would not be getting an Aston Martin

FYI..it's made from 11 gauge steel, using a cnc plasma cutter, and the color is a powder coat. Really good stuff

So, she got me a birthday gift. A testament to how much she loves me, she found this item on Etsy. It's made really well (solid metal, think xylophone, except stronger). I can even hang it in the living room.

BTW, like 10 seconds before I opened the box I guessed what it was. She was like "how the heck did you know". It was a total shot in the dark, more of a mocking statement because I didn't think she would buy this (remember, she hates the car).
