Manheim auction prices.

I'm not exactly sure how Manheim works, but I'm assuming the auction prices give you a general idea of the wholesale market for a particular make/model.

With that in mind, a carfax I'm looking at shows the vehicle being purchased at auction by the dealer. Would this mean someone with access to Manheim, provided a VIN, would be able to find out what this car sold at?

If so, I guess the next obvious question would be, could anyone with access do me a huge favor?
