Help me choose...
I've been looking at a bunch of P&S cameras for the past few weeks and basically narrowed it down to the Canon SD870 and SD950 (would have chose the G9 but it's bulky). Basically I've been reading reviews on them and both have great reviews. I'm not leaning toward the SD870 because of the wide angle lens. Now I'm back on the fence again.
The price difference between the two is like $50 which is not a big deal. What I want to know is which one would you get if you were choosing between the two. I figured I would do a post here and get some advice/opinion from you guys. PS- I dont know how to make a damn poll. |

Canon makes great point and click cameras. I have a Canon SD400 and even though it's old, it's reliable and easy to use.

True- but it is more bulky than say the SD870. I want something that I can fit easily into a shirt/jacket pocket.
The funny thing is that my cousin just bought an SD870 last night. I checked it out and while the pictures looked great on the camera's LCD screen, they didnt look all that colorful on my laptop. So I dont know if I should just go for the SD950 (12.1 MP) as opposed to the 8.1MP of the SD870 since MP isnt everything. |
