Depends. Plus I eat "several" breakfasts:

-Either cereal or protein shake before I leave the house(7am).
-Sometimes I take 2 waffles to work (if so I drink a shake before I hit the road)
-About 8am a banana, sometimes cantelope as well (musk melon).
-About 10am oatmeal

You pansies eat breakfast and read your newspaper each morning?

I drink kerosene and jerk off with sandpaper to start my day...

I rarely ever eat breakfast. I usually just wake up and get ready for work/school/etc. I've noticed that if you eat breakfast, you will think more clearly and it will give you the boost that will get you through the day. I've been trying to eat breakfast more often though because it really is healthy for you.

1 Banana, 2 egg whites, oatmeal with brown sugar and 1 glass of milk. This is just about every single morning.

Oh yeah, and 1 Centrum Multivitamin, 1 Vitamin C 500mg tablet, 2 Fish Oil 1200mg (each) tablets.

Thanks, you reminded me to take my fish oil.

I take a One-A-Day, Men's vitamin. Switched from Centrum. I actually feel it's made a difference.

Oatmeal and cereal most days, but I sometimes have a greasy NYC bagel.
