haha, Black E90 is my favor. get a set of nice rims for it first. It usually costs quite a lot but it does make the dramatic difference of the look. If you are not addicted to those so-called brands, there are plenty of rims with good quality and nice style out there. I would suggest you take a look at the "showroom" of **********s, which is one of E90post suponsors. I got my set from them, nice and not pricy. jlevisw is very good as well. they got more choices than others. I didn't purchase the rims from them, but they are pretty responsible seller. Tire is easy to order them through TireRack. Rim + Tire are at least around 1200 something. sometimes it might be cheaper. drop her a bit with H&R sport spring. the cost of H&R spring is steady, around 200. if you want an aggressive look, add a spacer on the rear wheels and make it look wider, arond 50bucks.
tint your window, black matt kidney swap, black line tail light, corner amber cover (depend what color you like).
Headlight HID, change the OEM angel eye color, right now there are some LED kit for sale on Ebay and here, just simply replace the bulb and make the same trick. it looks pretty good. but I dont know how long it can last. such LED light bulb cost around 100. HID cost several times of it.
M-tech rear bumper + AC front kit or Rieger Front bumper+ M-tech side skirt or a whole set of M-tech.
